  • Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping within India is 4-7 business days. For quicker delivery, express shipping options are available.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders above INR 2000. A flat shipping rate applies for orders below this amount, which will be displayed during checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD with an additional charge of Rs. 200.

  • COD Advance:
    To ensure smooth delivery for COD orders, we will request a small advance payment during the order confirmation call.

    • The advance amount, which varies based on the total order value, confirms that you will accept and receive the parcel.
    • This advance payment will be deducted from your total order value upon delivery.
    • Please note: If a COD order is returned due to customer unavailability or other customer-related issues, no refund will be issued for the advance payment.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Order Delays:

In the rare event of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly and provide updates on your order status.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. In case of a missing package, please contact the shipping carrier and your local authorities to file a report.
